You have definite ideas about your future wooden floor and want a sample to feel and see the haptic and colour, not just in a photo but in reality.
Based on our experience of sampling, we have decided to provide high quality samples made of entire board pieces.
You will not just receive short sample pieces from us, but an entire sample panel to examine.
Sample panels give you a much more realistic picture of your future floor, including the joints, than just a little piece of wood.
You can imagine that the effort and cost of this high-quality approach to sampling must be kept in mind with the large number of samples that we ship daily.
At the same time, we do not want to burden our sample recipients with any costs.
That is why we have come up with what we believe to be a fair solution.
We send you the sample panels free of charge and without obligation for 20 days. If you want to keep your sample panel longer than this there is no problem, just let us know.
If you would like to return the sample, then there is a return slip in the reusable delivery box which you just need to stick on. The return by post is therefore free of charge.
If you have chosen your dream floor from the Dielenschmiede, you can of course keep the corresponding sample panel, for example for your furniture and fabric selection.
If you just like the sample panel and you want to, for example, decorate your wall, you can of course also purchase it for the amount of € 24.50 / panel, the invoice for which you will find in the accompanying information pack with the sample.
Solid wood floorboards can be glued, screwed or nailed. A “floating” method is not recommended. If you want to glue the boards we will be glad to put you in touch with an adhesive manufacturer who can advise you on the correct adhesive and necessary substrate preparations.
Just because we are a manufacturer and do everything by hand, doesn’t mean the flooring has to be delivered by hand! We are happy to organize transport for you together with our shipping partners throughout Europe. The incurred freight costs are indicated separately.
Our company works exclusively on a customer driven order basis, so you should always talk to us about the delivery time because we want you to receive your desired floor from the Dielenschmiede factory on time.
If our wonderful boards are not enough for you, we can also offer you matching skirting boards/baseboards and stairs. Here we have several profiles to choose from, but custom-made products are also no problem.
