2. Individual Advice
Schedule a telephone consultation with us. Together we’ll clarify important details such as:
Type of wood
Dimensions of the floorboards
Construction and technical aspects
Surface treatments
Final treatment / Finish

3. Sample offer
Based on your requirements, we’ll create a non-binding sample quote. This will give you an idea of the costs and allow you to determine whether the flooring fits your budget.

4. Sample & Colour selection
To ensure that the colour and surface match your interior style, we offer various sampling options:
Colour fan rental
As a first step, we recommend our Colour fan – this allows you to find the right colour in the comfort of your own home. 👉 Rent Colour fan
Large Samples
Once the colour is decided, you can rent large sample boards from us, to better assess the surface structure and feel of the floor.
The large sample boards are on loan and can be returned free of charge using the enclosed return label.
Important: If the samples are not returned within the agreed period, we reserve the right to invoice you for them.
Note: If you are unable to visit our showroom, this step is particularly helpful.

5. Showroom or on-site sampling
The best thing to do is to visit us in person at our showroom – here you can experience our floorboards on a large scale and be inspired.
Optional: For areas of 100m² or more, we also offer on-site sampling with large panels at your home.
➡️Just contact us to arrange an appointment.

6. Matching products from our carpentry shop
In our in-house carpentry workshop, we manufacture products that are perfectly tailored to your flooring:
Skirting boards
Stairs
Doors
Window sills
Table tops
and much more.
➡️Please contact us if you would like to complement your floor with matching elements!

7. Installation
We don’t offer installation ourselves—we “only” manufacture the floorboards.
However, we have a large network of experienced floor fitters in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, whom we would be happy to recommend to you.
➡️ Just ask us for a suitable recommendation for your area!

And this is how it goes after you make your selection:
8. Production of your floorboards
Once you’ve decided on a floor, your order will go into production. We’ll discuss the delivery time with you individually in advance.

9. Interim information on delivery times
We’ll contact you again approximately halfway to the agreed delivery time. This allows us to better coordinate the final delivery schedule – so your floorboards don’t have to be stored for an unnecessarily long time.

10. Coordinating with the delivery company
Shortly before your floorboards are ready, we’ll contact you to coordinate the delivery date with the shipping company. This ensures a smooth delivery process.

11. Delivering your floorboards
The shipping company will contact you by phone to inform you of the delivery date.
Important:
Unloading on-site is the responsibility of the customer, unless an accompanying forklift has been expressly booked.
Unloading using a lifting platform is not possible because our floorboards are usually too long for this.

12. Be happy!
Last but not least, perhaps the most important point:
Enjoy your new floor!
Happy and satisfied – like many other customers before you.
